Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of shapspace.com and the other websites, apps, products, and services of Shapspace LLC (“Shapspace,” “we,” “us”) (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these terms. A Service may have additional terms, such as product, shipping, or subscription terms, which apply alongside these.
Using the Services
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live, to make a purchase or create an account. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login details secure. You agree not to misuse the Services, interfere with their operation, access them by automated means without permission, or use them for anything unlawful.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you upload, such as text, images, and files. You give us a limited license to host, process, and reproduce it only as needed to provide the Services, for example to fulfill an order. You confirm that you have the rights to the content and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or break the law. We may refuse or remove content that violates these terms.
Purchases and subscriptions
Prices, availability, and shipping details are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe or, for iOS apps, by Apple. Subscriptions bought through the App Store renew automatically until canceled and are managed in your Apple account settings. Custom or made-to-order products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or differ from your order. Your rights under applicable consumer protection law are not affected.
AI features
Some Services use third-party AI models to process content you submit. AI output can be inaccurate, so review it before you rely on it.
Intellectual property
The Services, including their software, design, and brands, belong to Shapspace LLC or its licensors. These terms do not grant you any rights to them beyond using the Services as intended.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shapspace LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $100.
Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these terms or if we discontinue a Service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date above. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the new terms.
