Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Shapspace LLC (“Shapspace,” “we,” “us”) handles personal information on shapspace.com and on the other websites, apps, products, and services of Shapspace LLC (together, the “Services”). A Service may publish its own privacy notice with more detail. Where it does, that notice applies alongside this one.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. Your email address when you join a waitlist or contact us, account details if you create an account, and the content you choose to upload, such as text, images, or files.
- Order information. Your name, shipping address, and order details when you buy something. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
- Usage information. Aggregate page-view statistics collected with Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies, plus standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, and request time, used for security and troubleshooting.
How we use information
- To provide, operate, and improve the Services, and to fulfill orders.
- To reply to messages and send updates you asked for, such as a launch notice from a waitlist.
- To prevent fraud and abuse and to keep the Services secure.
- To comply with legal obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with service providers that process it on our behalf to run the Services, such as Vercel (hosting and analytics), Stripe (payments), Google Workspace (email), OpenAI (processing images or text you submit to AI-powered features), and fulfillment or shipping partners when you place an order. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger or sale of the business.
Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to unsubscribe from any email, by writing to admin@shapspace.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the effective date above, and for material changes we will give reasonable notice.
